brief descripton

for the content, we are planning to put some games such as jigsaw puzzle and tic-tac-toe.there will be some videos of batik and interviews with people regarding batik and their point of views.we are also thinking about doing an animated intro for this project.

for the layout, we'll be using vector images of batik and the color would be blue as it is the favourite color for both males and females according to a study by JOE HALLOCK.

reason

the main reason for us doing this topic of batik is to increase the awareness and promote batik among teens.

target audience

teenagers(18-28)-they are energetic

-they love interactive activitives

-teens are more actracted to design and images

sub-topics

a)history - A brief history on batik. Batik designs from the olden days. More pictures will be added

and less text as our target audience (teens) are more attracted to pictures.

b)present(modern batik) - The evolution of batik designs. The current batik trend and designs.

c)how to make batik - Briefly on how batik is made. Pictures and videos will be added.

d)batik events - Events on batik. Batik Fashion show and awards.

e)batik and the community - Interview to get on how teens really look at batik. negative and positive. This interview will be on a video format.

*every sub topic will include a mini quiz and mini game.
